Plants of Rhabdadenia Ragonesei Woodson (Apocynaceae) were regenerated in vitro from leaves explants. The procedure employed includes: 1) Surface sterilization of leaves by immersion in 70% ethanol (10 s) followed by 1,1%NaOCl (15 min) and three wash with sterile distilled water. 2) Callus and buds induction by culture on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) + 3 mg/L benzyladenine (BAP). 3) Subculture of callus and buds on MS + 1 mg/L BAP, and 4) Rooting on MS + 0.5 mg/L naftalenacetic acidDownloads
