Abstract

Sixteen new species for the Corrientes Flora are described; one of them, Fagam hassleriana Chod., is recorded for the first'time for the Argentine Flora: Ten of the fourteen genera mentioned are first reported for the province of Corrientes. Three plates of the species scarcely or not illustrated in accesible works are inciuded.
