Abstract

The species of Sida section Nelavaga Borss. Waalk. from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay are revised. Six new species are described: S. CabrerianaS. pindapoyensisS. SchininiiS. Schumanniana, S. vagans and S. Waltoniana. A key is provided to distinguish the 24 species from the area. A table with chromosome counts is included.
