South American novelties in <i>Acaulimalva</i> and <i>Gaya</i> (Malvaceae-Malveae)

Abstract

One new species of Acaulimalva from Perú: A. glandulifera, three new species ofGayafrom Bolivia: G. Cardenasii, G. pilocarpa and G. Woodii, and one from Argentina: G. purpurea, are described. Gaya albiflora is reported for the first time for Argentina.
