We present the design of a remotely operated laboratory compatible with the requirements for setting a node at FaCENA within the R-LAB collaboration network coordinated by CONFEDI. We considered the antecedents on national and international experiences on running remote laboratories, definition of goals and pedagogical scope. We propose a prototype giving specifications on devices, measurement instruments and construction, operated through a modular versatile interface connected via web pages.
