EEA INTA Mercedes vitual communication during COVID 19

This work describes means, tools and methods of communication considered when using Río Uruguay Territorial Innovation Platform which is located at INTA Mercedes Agricultural Experiment Station (Corrientes) during pandemic caused by COVID 19. Within this sanitary context, it was necessary to foster a communicational strategy according to territorial demands and interests in virtuality. The aim was to promote the development of a scenario that provides efficient information and communicational tools, but also, to enrich interaction among actors who are part of the territory. The main results considered the deep reflection on the complexity of communicational skills in the institutional sphere, integrated by research and extension areas, as well as, the consolidation of tools for communication management in virtuality.
