The present work will try to approach the origins of the culture and worldview clashes of indigenous societies and “white” societies that have an impact, among others, in the field of law. For many years the Argentine State failed to recognize and protect through the laws the rights of the indigenous peoples that are part of the State itself, losing sight of the fact that Argentina is a multicultural nation, and that as a consequence, there were peoples and / or indigenous communities that were governed by their uses and customs, which were not recognized or protected by the State as part of their legal system. Argentine legislation, in recent times, has sought to apprehend the cultural difference of indigenous societies in order to make the right more real, pluralistic and inclusive.Downloads
