Land-title regulatory policies in the Buenos Aires province: legislation analysis on the processing of the distance between legality and legitimacy

Land-title regulatory policies imply the resolution of the distance between and informal tenure and its definition as a legitimate one, both by social uses and public policies. The article describes the national legislation on the matter, as well as the one belonging to the Buenos Aires province. It is shown how the legitimate of the beneficiaries is elaborated and how the regularization process moves the border between formal and informal tenure.
