Water as a source of use in agricultural production: the hydrological microsystem in the province of Formosa and the footprint of climate change

Abstract

The province of Formosa, from its regulations provided for in its constitution and the respective laws that establish the legal regime for its protection, conservatión and use of the different wáter  sources in its jurisdiction, forming a legal microsystem, allowing to ensure that the primar y activities of agricultural production. In another  aspect, this regulation is of  public order where the scope of  environmental law and the rational  use of natural resources is contained, particularly in the face of the phenomenon of climate change.
