Agrarian contracts in the uruguayan current context

Given the importance in the current circumstances of the development of agrarian law, and the new factors of ecological, environmental, biotechnological and technical content, lead us to analyze the state of the situation in Uruguayan positive law, and to what extent these current impacts have been consecrated. At a Constitutional and specific level in contractual legislation. In this sense, constitutional norms are noted with their regulatory laws on environmental issues, and a certain reception in contracts through, above all, indirect means of general legislation, without prejudice to specific issues.
Hence the need to establish a specific framework, of these changes and pushes, for agrarian contracts, without losing the individuality and specificity of agrarian character and the typical meaning of the agrarian contract.
