"Industrialized Construction" is an elective career subject that seeks to transfer to undergraduate
training the knowledge and experiences of the Quality and Productivity Study Group in research.
Technological-productive transformations, changes in production and consumption modalities, and
the social and environmental crisis, all demand rethinking the modes of building production. In this
context, it is proposed that future professionals be able to generate innovative proposals in the field
of building production that are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Industrialized
Construction as a form of industrial production requires particular knowledge. The aim is for the
student to know the forms of professional intervention, methods, procedures, and tools for the
development of an architectural project that integrates the pertinent construction, production, and
commercial aspects.
