The unilateral rescission of the agency contract is of no value in the insolvency proceedings if it is based on contractual termination clauses as a result of the insolvency proceedings of one of the parties. The agent, in order to grant discounts or waits or consent to agreements, withdrawals or bankruptcy settlements, must have express powers of a special nature, specifically stating the amount of the removal or the waiting period.References
