Teaching agrarian law in the agronomy degree program in light of the impact of the SDGS

Abstract

Here we reflect on the impact that the Sustainable DEvelopment Goals have on the teaching of Agrarian Law in the Chair of Agrarian Legislation of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering of the National University of Santiago del Estero, having followed the inductive method-deductive and analyzed from the Trialist Thoery of Law, that is considering the law as a fact, norm and value, given that the discipline of agrarian law has been accompanying the changes produced since the technical fact, embodied in standards and always responding to the postulates of Science, of what should be, which establishes the values that must prevail in the regulatory framework, to make the postulates of human, economic, social and environmental development a reality.
