The names, email addresses, and other personal data provided to the journal Folia Histórica del Nordeste will be used exclusively for editorial management purposes and will not be transferred, shared, or used for other purposes by third parties outside the journal.
The personal information provided by authors, reviewers, and members of the editorial teams is used solely for:

The Folia Histórica del Nordeste journal is published within the institutional framework of the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE), through its academic journal portal, and is also supported by Instituto de Investigaciones Geohistóricas (IIGHI) an executive unit of the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET). In this regard, the journal aligns itself with institutional policies aimed at transparency, responsible information management, open access to knowledge, and the protection of personal data, in accordance with rectoral directives, current regulations, and developing guidelines on digital document management and institutional data.
The journal does not request or store personal data that is not necessary for the performance of its editorial functions and respects the right of users to request the updating, rectification, or deletion of their personal data, where appropriate.
