Submissions
Proposals may be sent to the journal via the following email address: foliahistorica@gmail.com. Manuscripts received via this channel will subsequently be incorporated into the journal's editorial management system for processing, tracking, and evaluation in accordance with current editorial policies.
Checklist for preparing submissions
As part of the submission process, authors must verify that their manuscript meets all of the requirements listed below.
Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to evaluation.
Originality and ethics
The work is an original and unpublished contribution and has not been published or is currently under review by another journal or collective work.
The manuscript complies with the ethical principles of academic research and with international standards on conflicts of interest and good editorial practices.
Thematic suitability and type of contribution
The text is scientific in nature and is based on research on issues of Ibero-American, American, and Argentine political, social, economic, and cultural history.
In the case of Dossiers, the article fits the thematic line proposed and approved by the journal.
Bibliographic reviews refer to recent books or journals related to the thematic areas of the publication.
Technical requirements for the file
The file must be submitted in .doc o .docx format.
Figures, tables, and images must comply with the technical requirements set out in the Guidelines for Authors.
Compliance with editorial standards
The manuscript complies with the publication, formatting, and citation standards indicated in the Guidelines for Authors section.
All data required for the correct identification of the authors is included, including the ORCID identifier (mandatory).
Copyright and licenses
The author accepts the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license, which authorizes the reproduction, distribution, and public communication of the work, as well as the creation of derivative works, provided that the original authorship is properly cited and the content is not used commercially.
Acceptance of this license is formalized through the transfer of publication rights required by the journal.
